Based in Oakham Rutland, we are currently looking for a capable, determined Merchandise Administrator to help shape the future of our European Merchandising team and grow our business.

The role

As a Merchandise Administrator you will proactively support the teams in the execution of key administration tasks with specific responsibility for accurately running reports, maintaining merchandising systems and providing general administrative support. You will also play a key role in coordinating and facilitating the communication across the wider cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing crucial admin support to the Merchandise team on day to day activities

• Accurate and timely maintenance of the merchandising systems

• Completing reports and analysing data

• Copy proofing

• Developing good relationships and liaising with the wider cross-functional teams

• Managing samples

• General administrative activities

Experience:

• Previous experience in an administrative role

• Excellent IT skills – Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

• Previous experience of data input and systems maintenance where accuracy and meeting deadlines is key

• Previous experience of proof reading

A flexible approach and the ability to react positively to changing business needs is essential in this role. You must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task and good time management skills with strong accuracy and attention to detail. You will also be a self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently, and you’ll ideally have an interest in our products and ranges.
