This manufacturer of high quality stainless steel conveying systems and special purpose machinery, is looking to recruit a Technical/Sales Office Secretary.

Job Responsibilities:

- To work in the Engineering Office supporting the Sales and Technical Teams of the company.
- To produce detailed quotes and commercial documents prepared by others.
- To assist in producing manuals and other technical documents prepared by others.
- General office duties, including answering the phone, typing, photocopying, filing etc.
- Maintaining/organising/improving the company administration systems.

Person:

- Applicants must have office experience, ideally working in an engineering open plan general office environment.
- Computer literate, with good MS Office skills, including word (45WPM+), excel, powerpoint etc.
- Good verbal communication skills, both telephone and in house.
- High standard of written English.
- Must be able to work as a part of a team.
- Some customer and supplier contact will be required.
