Our client supports a local innovative social enterprise and is working in partnership with public and private sector organisations in Slough to develop skills and employment outcomes for local people. They operate from a centre, their eco-industrial training and events venue and they're looking for someone to join their team as an Operations Co-ordinator!

A busy small business, they are looking for someone to provide day to day operational support to ensure the smooth running of the centre. A wide ranging role which will involve ensuring facilities and maintenance contracts are fulfilled, a varied events calendar is delivered and centre activities are tracked and reported. The Operations Co-ordinator will deputise for the Chief Executive during periods of leave and will be called upon to oversee staff and financial processing on those occasions.

Events at the centre can range from corporate business meetings to work inspiration days for young people, so they're looking for an enthusiastic, positive person who enjoys working with people and will pride themselves on providing a great service to their customers. A friendly attitude as well as a practical proactive approach to problem solving are key to succeeding in this role.
