The Caring Company Rutland Ltd are looking to recruit Home Carers / Personal Assistants in the Oakham, Uppingham and surrounding areas.

We are looking for experienced, preferably NVQ/QCF qualified Home Care Workers or people who have a confident caring nature, excellent communication skills and are genuinely interested in joining the care industry. Due to the nature of community care, it`s advantageous to have access to your own reliable transport for work purposes.

Working independently or as part of a team, the role includes visiting and supporting vulnerable adults so that they can live a happy and healthy independent life in their own home. Responsibilities can range from all aspects of personal care, bathing, toileting, medication prompt, meal preparation, shopping and light housework.

Successful applicants will need to undergo an enhanced DBS (CRB) check, provide evidence of experience, training and qualifications. Additionally, you will be expected to provide two verifiable Professional References.
