They are currently looking for a Partnership Manager to join them where you will provide effective links with schools in the region, promoting recruitment to the Group. This is a part time position, working 22.5 hours per week and is a fixed term contract until the end of June 2017.

As a Partnership Manager, you will develop and coordinate internal taster events, working with students to communicate opportunities within the college. Assisting in the co-ordination and implementation of the college’s 14-19 strategy, you will co-ordinate activities with Schools Liaison tutors in the college, offering guidance and support for 14-16 delivery.

Managing all curriculum partnership activity and ensuring that targets within recruitment, contribution, attendance, success rates and progression are achieved, you will also be responsible for handling the provision of careers and progression talks within secondary schools.

Our client is looking for someone who is qualified to degree level or equivalent professional qualification, coupled with a strong background in teaching and curriculum development. With an understanding of curriculum in Schools and FE, and with a detailed knowledge of changes to 14-19 curriculum and implications for the College, you will have experience in FE Admissions procedures and a knowledge of marketing programmes and activities.

Excellent ICT and Presentation skills are key, as is having experience of working with schools, funding agencies and Councils. In addition, you will have a high level of organisational skills, a flexible approach, and the ability to work well under pressure.
