Dealership Used Car Sales Manager - Aylesbury
Approx. GBP45-50,000 Basic - GBP65-70k OTE + Car
Are you an experienced, hands-on Sales Manager? Do you have stable, current or very recent Car Dealership experience at this level? Are you a committed and conscientious?
If so, we need to talk!
The ideal candidate will be a strong and driven results-orientated team-motivator. You should be a 'hands-on' manager, who is not afraid of actively contributing on the Sales floor as required. Please only apply for this role if you have current or very recent experience at Senior level within a significantly-sized, franchised Car Dealership and with strong Used Car knowledge.
You will be responsible for building and monitoring targets, motivating the sales team, and coming up with creative ways to increase footfall to drive business forwards. You'll manage and develop stock process, profitability, pricing and valuations.
Candidates should have experience and a proven track record in leading and motivating a team of Car Sales Executives, with the ability to deal with all issues that may arise.
