Customer Account Manager - (Telecoms / Inside Sales / Mid-Market)

Up to £25k basic + company phone + broadband + excellent OTE

Our client has identified two new positions with their growing company for desk based Customer Account Managers to manage and grow existing SME / Mid-Markets customers.

If you are a driven, ambitious sales person with Telecoms knowledge looking to progress your career with a leading and growing UK Service Provider of Voice, Data and Cloud solutions, then this role could be just for you.

The role
This is a great opportunity to develop your telecoms knowledge and progress your account management / sales / customer service skills within a rapidly growing company that actively promotes from within.

Responsibilities of the Customer Account Manager include:
• Managing and growing an existing base of SME / mid-market customers.
• Being the point of contact for all customer queries.
• Building relationships and executing account and sales/ marketing plans for customers.

What you’ll need
• Account management/business development or sales experience (telephone based, desk based sales etc).
• Some existing telecoms product knowledge (Voice, Data or Cloud/Hosting for example).
• Ability to solution sell by providing a consultative approach to customers and building appropriate sales/account plans
• Excellent telephone manner, customer rapport and listening skills
• Suitable skills/experience: Telephone Account Manager, TAM, Sales, Telesales, Internal Sales, Account Manager, Telecoms, Voice, Data, MPLS, WAN, VoIP, SIP, Avaya, Mitel, PBX, Hosting, Business Development, Cloud, Unified Communications

Desirable technical knowledge:
• Voice/Unified Communications (VoIP, SIP, PBXs, Avaya, Mitel etc.)
• Networks (MPLS, Ethernet, WAN, ADSL, Internet Access, IPVPN)
• Cloud (Managed Hosting, Private/Hybrid Cloud, Colocation)
