Summary
This job is for an experienced Painter and Decorator to work on a day shift for an exhibition company in Coventry. Standard hours are 7.30 - 16.00, overtime is available daily, and throughout the weekend. You will be paid GBP10.00 - GBP10.50 per hour depending on experience, and be working on an ongoing contract however there is the possibility of permanent work for the right candidate.
The Job
You will be working as a Painter and Decorator, on wood exhibition stands and display areas. You will be required to use your own tools, and be able to work on a variety of materials - predominantly wood. Work will vary from painting duplicates of their basic product, to bespoke painting from client's specific requirements. There is the opportunity to travel and work on site in the UK and abroad - dig money provided.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be an experienced Painter and Decorator with their own tools (paint provided). You will be confident painting on wood, and be happy to work to instruction. You must be someone that can work individually, but also be a team player as you will be working alongside a successful and well-established team of Bench Hand Joiners, Paint Sprayers and other Painter/Decorators. You will be experienced but also committed and take great pride in your work. Within such a fantastic company this is a brilliant opportunity if you are looking to continue their career as a Painter and Decorator.

The Package
This Painter and Decorator position is available on a day shift, at a pay rate of between GBP10.00 and GBP10.50 per hour, depending on experience. There is a large amount of overtime available, both during the week and over the weekend.
