My client, a highly respected and forward thinking organisation based on the outskirts of Oxford, are looking for a creative designer to join their extremely successful marketing team and market their niche line of products and services.
The Creative Designer
As a creative designer, you will create design solutions that have a high visual impact, understanding marketing design briefs to make creative and innovative design decisions. You will be able to set up branding of the company's products according to their targeted company. This will be done through use of HTML and CSS to create bespoke web pages. You will also be creating promotional email material using HTML, as well as printed material such as leaflets and booklets for marketing uses. This will use software such as Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. You will be expected to contribute your ideas on artwork and marketing strategy to the marketing team and also be able to multi-task on various projects.
The Ideal Candidate
To succeed as a creative designer, you will need to have some previous experience of web design, using HTML and CSS, as well as a good understanding of HTML coding. You will also be a proficient user of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and able to create eye-catching material easily. Most importantly, you will be a great team player who can contribute ideas and collaborate with others on creating marketing material.
The Package
The creative designer will be working Monday-Friday, 9-5.30, with an hour for lunch. The salary on offer is GBP22,000-GBP26,000 dependent on experience with some flexibility.
