An opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Technologist to join our client in Newcastle. Our client is the merger of two award-winning companies known for their openness and desire to work collaboratively. Due to an increasing workload, our client is now seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their team on a contractual basis.
As the selected Architectural Technologist you will be involved with the development and production of drawing plans for exciting large scale projects. You will also be responsible for engaging with the project stakeholders so strong communication and interpersonal skills would be beneficial.
Essential requirements:
* Significant experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications
* Strong understanding of Revit and other relevant software packages
* Organised and capable of managing multiple projects at one time
* Pro-active attitude towards development of drawn and written deliverables
* Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders
* Ability to work both as a team and with minimal supervision
