Digital Lead / Head of Digital - Midlands - Salary Negotiable

Amazing opportunity for a strong Digital Lead from an Agency background to join a very high profile client due to continued success and expansion! You will be based on client site within the marketing services team, this is a very unique and exciting opportunity to shape and evolve a growing team. This will be a 'hands on' managerial role with a number of direct reports. You will be a CRM expert (ideally Adobe AEM but others considered), a strategic thinker and a digital guru all rolled into one with a large dash of self-confidence and gravitas to manage huge media moguls. As well as managing the studio on a day to day basis, staying hands on, dealing with stakeholders, 3rd parties and other agencies in a diplomatic but persuasive way you will also have a vision of the bigger picture and the confidence and credibility to articulate, influence and push forward your recommendations to drive the brands and increase ROI.

To be successful in this role you MUST have:-

* Experience of managing email campaign teams
* CRM Experience ideally Adobe AEM or other large CRM's / databases
* User Experience Design
* Experience of working with partners and other agencies encompassing diplomacy and discreetness where necessary
* Gravitas and Credibility - working with huge media organisations so need to hold your own
* Acquisition of new businesses - ideally you will have been involved in previous acquisitions in a previous role
* Account Director experience - excellent communication skills
* Social Media Experience - Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc.
* Identify opportunities for new development - ideas and new technologies
* Google Analytics

You will have experience of managing and running large scale programs for digital change and handling the conflict this may bring, previous business development for large super brands, proven experience of digital technologies and understanding of analytic applications, acquisition experience (SEO) and Social Media (ORM and campaign management).

You will be responsible for:-

* Maintaining and developing client relationships across a number of digital areas including but not limited to: CRM, UX, CMS, Email, Social Media, SEO
* Implement journey optimisation, understanding UX, analytics and customer journeys
* Monitor external digital trends and technologies and design and build digital best practice for each digital sector
* Identify new digital business opportunities and evaluate determined audience
* Ensuring the digital team are performing effectively managing the ROI, KPI's, Reporting, Data and Insights
* Driving the studio forward to be the best it can be with digital best practice and channel integration
