OTE £65,000
One of the South East's leading automotive retailers has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to support their Jaguar and Land Rover brands in Sidcup, Kent.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate proven success in a similar Sales function at retailer level, including the successful delivery of Used sales volume, margin and profitability targets.
The successful candidate will report to the General Sales Manager and be able to demonstrate how they effectively achieve used car sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service and customer first behaviours.
Candidates must also possess the following:
- The ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Able to develop a used car sales action plan and communicate targets effectively to the team.
- Able to manage the purchase of all used vehicle stock and optimise the used car stock for both brands efficiently
- Outstanding communication skills
- The ability to manage and deliver promotional and marketing campaigns
- Able to identify and implement process improvements
- Competent in supporting annual business planning and budgeting for the team
- Lead by example and support the General Sales Manager to manage customer escalations effectively, resolving every customer complaint professionally.
