Contracts Manager - Plumbing & Heating Division
Bournemouth
Salary £40,000 to £45,000 + Van
Our long established Bournemouth business is seeking a Contacts Manager to run & develop their busy plumbing & heating division.
You will have experience of plumbing & heating systems for all types of commercial & domestic installations and reactive maintenance work.
This role will also include estimating and preparing quotations, supervision of a team of engineers, preparing regular financial reports, liaising with clients along with continued business development.
This role may suit an experience engineer who wishes to make the next step in their career from full time site work to office based mangement role.
You will have a NVQ 3 or City & Guilds qualification and be Gas Safe certified. Minimum qualifications will include Commercial CoNC01, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A and experience of unvented water heater systems.
