Business Development Manager

Basic £25k - £40k D.O.E + commission + pension + 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Our client has identified an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join one of the UK’s leading 3D cardboard display manufacturers
Position Summary:
As a Business Development Manager you will be expected to seek and develop new business from new and existing clients, take customer briefs, liaise with a team of very experienced structural designers to produce quotations, communicate with customers and to build/maintain strong long term relationships.
Your core duties and responsibilities will also include;
• Seek and develop new business from new and existing clients
• Being responsible for the day-to-day account management and care of customers
• Taking customer briefs and liaising with design / manufacturing teams to produce quotations and prototypes
• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients, taking a consultative approach to secure trust and influence decision making
• Negotiating and securing business
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have required experience and skills to thrive within this role, including;
• Experience and proven track record in sales within the cardboard POS market
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop strong working relationships
• IT literate, with experience of using Microsoft Office software
• Great time management and prioritisation skills
• Results driven, organised and detail-oriented individual
• Good presentation skills
