An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist / Business Support Administrator to join a leading and trusted automotive repair centre on a fixed term basis to provide cover for Maternity leave, with a view to securing a permanent position after this period. Based in Lowestoft, Suffolk, the successful Receptionist/Business support administrator will initially earn a salary of £8 per hour, rising after the probationary period and having the potential for a monthly bonus.

Reporting to the Company Director, the Receptionist / Business Support Administrator will be responsible for providing Telephone/receptionist related services to the firm. Main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Greeting visitors in a polite and friendly manner
  • Taking bookings over the phone and maintaining diaries
  • Keeping the customer informed on their services
  • Resolving customer queries
The successful Receptionist / Business Support Administrator will have proven customer service skills in addition to the following skills and experience:
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills
  • Motor Trade experience would be an advantage, although not essential
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Friendly, helpful and proactive with a desire to make a difference
  • Telephone experience
  • A clerical aptitude
