Our client has been successfully providing housing and support in the community for adults with mental health needs for over 40 years.
Under the guidance of the Director of Housing, you will implement operational management systems to monitor and improve service delivery and value for money. You will directly manage their small in house team as well as external contractors.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of property repairs and maintenance, as well as experience in line managing a small team. You will also need to evidence your success in delivering services and flexibility to manage a variety of property-related responsibilities.
The company has a training department and a primary focus of supervision is learning and development.
