Our client are a long established firm of Chartered Surveyors, Auctioneers, Valuers, Land and Estate Agents. Situated in the attractive market town of Cowbridge and in close proximity to Cardiff.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic recently or almost qualified Chartered Surveyor/Agricultural Valuer to work in the rural department of our multi-disciplined practice. The company has an excellent record of APC candidates passing first time and we are happy to consider applicants close to taking the APC who are seeking to expand their experience.
Working directly with one of the partners, the position offers a varied workload including land/property sales, valuations, CPO, utility claims, lettings, renewables and general professional work.
The post is a progressive position with long term career prospects with the firm. Salary dependent on experience with commission
