GBP16,000 - GBP18,000 P/A + Benefits

Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm

Dynamite Recruitment is proud to be working with a corporate client in Southampton who is looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join their team.

The Role:

* Supporting the customer representatives with all daily administrative duties
* Reviewing and uploading all returned paperwork making sure it is completed thoroughly and passes compliance standards
* Put together quotations on behalf of the customer representatives for new potential customers
* Handle incoming general enquiries and answer product/service related questions
* Handle any problems and aim for a positive outcome wherever possible
* Respond to emails and return calls in an appropriate time frame

The Ideal Candidate:

* Must have previous office based customer services/administration experience, ideally from a financial services environment such as banking, insurance or claims
* Will have a professional telephone manner
* Will be client focused and well organised
* Must have the ability to build relationships with both clients and third parties
* Will have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal and strong IT skills
* Will need to have the ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
* Must be confident working independently as well as part of a team!!
