The day-to-day duties

Office-based role, responsible for managing and growing revenue of existing customers within a geographical territory. The role is supported by an external equivalent and so there will be regular communication with this field based account manager to effectively support each other and deliver on the territory revenue target.

The partnership will be accountable for determining territory sales plans that focus on growing the public and private divisions through provision of Drug and Alcohol products and services.

6 to 12 month targets

* Hit quarterly revenue targets based on achievable divisional growth
* Specific target is dependent on territory
* Complete modest call volumes to drive revenue
* Improve understanding of the customer and their needs
* Improve understanding of the market
* Open new revenue opportunities for existing accounts
* Determine the most appropriate pricing to quote
* Form an effective relationship with external partner
* Set up customer meetings as appropriate
* Manage customer queries, complaints and other requirements through different business departments to ensure customer satisfaction
* Be a point of escalation for the customer

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications required:

* Excellent telephone manner and an able communicator
* Good at building and maintaining work relationships
* Can understand customer requirements and determine upselling opportunities
* Able to prioritise efficiently
* Can demonstrate driven and hard-working personality
