A great opportunity has recently arisen for an Accounts Administrator to join a professional manufacturing company based in Paddock Wood.
As the successful candidate you would be responsible to cover all the administrative duties as well as ensuring all Accounts information is up to date and compliant with regulations.
Main Duties Include:
•Raising Sales Order Acknowledgements & Invoices
•Allocating payments on SAGE / Check remittances against
•Undertaking monthly bank reconciliations
•Maintaining current sales ledger
•Ensuring that all Customer & Supplier Records are being kept up to date
You must have full knowledge of SAGE, and working on the billing of materials (BOM). You must also be able to carry out Account duties as well as dealing with other general administrative duties such as filing, dealing with post, ad hoc requests and speaking on the telephone.
This is a fantastic role for those seeking Part Time hours, with only 2-3 working days you will have great flexibility during your working week.
