Cooper Lomaz are delighted to be representing a successful and exciting business operating within the Motor Insurance industry. We're looking for a Senior Technical Credit Hire Consultant to joint the existing motor claims department.
Salary GBP30K - GBP45K depending on experience.
This a a role for someone with extensive Credit Hire knowledge, who is able to work independently with a constant desire to improve processes and best practice. You must be able to deal with people at all levels, and be confident in decision making.
Skills required...
An excellent understanding of Credit Hire Industry and the ABI GTA.
Actively seeks improvement through process/staff development.
Makes economic decisions to benefit the company.
Be willing to provide auditing and coaching through 1-2-1 feedback sessions and group wide workshops.
A proven track record of negotiating claims to a conclusion and monitoring own portfolio of claims.
Has a vast knowledge of relevant case law.
Has a clear understanding of the legal framework surrounding claimant and defendant litigation.
Has a high awareness of best practice and has a willingness to challenge them in the interest of continuous improvement.
Able to construct, develop and manage relationships with key suppliers where desirable.
