We are currently working with one of the UK's leading Wealth Management companies who are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Support Manager to join their thriving team in Edinburgh.

The position holder will be responsible for the supervision and leadership of an existing team of administrators with accountabilities including training, motivation, performance review and ongoing support. In addition, the role holder will have regular contact with clients, internal customers and providers across a range of activities so will also be seen as an individual with the relevant technical skills to provide a focal point to all areas.

Successful candidates will have a proven track record within support team management and hold relevant financial planning qualifications (preferably the Certificate in Financial Planning). Prior experience of the wealth management/IFA arena is also required as the successful applicant will need to hit the ground running. Only applications from those individuals with the aforementioned skills will be considered by the organisation.
