My well established Newport based client is looking to recruit an experience Accounts Administrator to join its growing team.
Key duties
• Enter sales orders
• Enter purchase orders
• Receive stock into system as required based on information given
• Match delivery notes to purchase invoices
• Process Purchase Invoices onto Line 100 and investigate any discrepancies
• Remove status flag from authorised purchase invoices and file for payment
• Check transport invoices against deliveries, price lists direct deliveries book as appropriate
• Create Stocks by Packing onto Line100 from Worksheets then allocate to the Sales Orders
• Other duties as required by the business
• Perform sales invoice runs
• Envelope and post sales invoices
• Bank Reconciliations
• Preparing Weekly Payment Runs
• Filing of paid remittances and invoices
Profile:
• Good communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Good excel skills
• Part AAT qualified
• Fast learner and able to work independently
• Accurate
• Organised
