The Role:

To provide a centre of learning and development excellence through the application of learning needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation of training

To support the achievement of the corporate strategy through the development and coaching of employees for any people initiatives and be advocates for people development.

Responsabilties:

* Provision of consultancy advice and guidance to the business relating to all aspects of people development
* Support the learning needs analysis process and proactively identify opportunities for development
* deliver training solutions to multiple sites, utilising various medians and technology
* Conduct evaluation and maintenance of learning and development interventions ensuring all training material is up to date
* Support all areas of the training cycle to meet business, compliance and regulatory requirements
* Represent the L&D function as a member of project teams to improve existing learning solutions, implement corporate change and business improvement initiatives, including:
* Producing project requirements documents, plans and progress reports
* Analysing and recommending the development impact
* Recommending appropriate and cost effective solutions to address the impact
* Work with internal teams and external suppliers to design and deliver the solutions
* Managing relationships in order to ensure that the design and delivery is effective and compliant.
* Ensure the change and business improvements are incorporated into business as usual development programmes and material.
* Deliver and improve training services and solutions to achieve cost savings and increase effectiveness
* Work closely with the team to provide and ensure joined up 'people' solutions which meet business needs.

Qualifacations and Skills needed

* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to use Microsoft Office programmes
* Proactive and solution focused
* Experience of coaching and delivery skills
* Working to strict deadlines and targets
