MiddletonMurray have an opportunity for a Business Administration Apprentice role in Hammersmith. You will be working towards a level 2 Business Administration Qualification.
An Apprenticeship will kick-start your Career by gaining paid work experience and confidence whilst working towards a recognised Qualification. The Apprenticeship will be a minimum of 12 months.

Your main duties will include-

• Administrative Support - To provide an effective, organised and proactive support service to the Reception/Admin Team.

• Reception Cover - Cover Reception as and when required, dealing with Visitors and Deliveries.

• Document Creation - Provide support in compiling reports, minutes of meetings, letters, presentations, posters and similar documentation.

• Meeting Coordinator - Organise meetings, including attendees, venues, issuing agendas, taking and compiling minutes and arranging distribution.

• Communications - Answering the telephone, responding to e mails and postal duties.

• Diary Management - Update the Meeting Room diary

• Research - Conduct research on specific projects

• IT - to upload documents on intranet and any other relevant information.
