New Business Development Executive , Warwickshire GBP25,000 - GBP35,000 Basic, plus benefits and OTE Bonuses
Our client is an established broker who has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Executive/Director in the General Insurance Sector, who will be responsible for primarily driving and leading sales and developing a book of business and winning new business, joining an experienced team of Insurance professionals.
You must possess a good knowledge of the General Insurance markets and have fantastic relationship building skills, you must be confident, driven, self-motivated with a desire for success and have a strong new business sales background and the ability to demonstrate excellent communication, decision making, negotiation and problem solving skills.
