A market leading national broker are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Account Executive to join their team dealing with warm leads from their speciality business as well as generating market opportunities.
The Role:
Our client have an established presence within the market place over both general commercial and speciality products. They are looking for experienced individuals to join the branch to secure new business as well as service an existing book. Additionally the individual will be tasked with improving the capability of other staff members through both soft skill coaching as well as technical product knowledge.
The Individual:
The ideal individual will possess industry qualifications to DipCii level, although this is not essential. A proven track record of winning and maintaining business is essential, as is a service orientated outlook. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a commitment to customer service as well as an awareness of market opportunities.
