The Graduate Trainee Key Account Manager will embark on a career that is structured and geared towards their progression! Initially, your time will be spent internally as you learn about the company, marketplace and service that our client offers. You`ll assume responsibility for the front end of the sales cycle, generating leads and building rapport with prospective clients. Once the successful candidate has obtained a solid grasp of their role, they`ll progress into handling accounts, meeting, influencing and negotiating with clients face to face.

The Role:
- Learn about the company and marketplace in order to best meet client needs
- Act as the first point of call at the head of the sales cycle - generating leads and performing client outreach to secure meetings for senior sales
- As you become more comfortable, progress into meeting clients face to face, developing further rapport and delivering demonstrations
- Negotiate with and influence clients to win business and hit your KPIs
