The role

To administer the vehicle funding aspects of the Finance department, ensuring that they are managed in an accurate and professional manner and to provide support to the Finance team.


* To maintain & develop the Finance vehicle database;
* Obtaining HP clearance for 'SOLD' Vehicles, obtaining and verifying early termination quotes from Funders and allocating RV settlements;
* To liaise between Auction Houses and Funders to obtain clearance;
* To arrange vehicle funding on a quick turnaround, resolving any drawdown issues with the appropriate Department in accordance with the agreed process
* Obtaining credit facilities for corporate clients and monitoring credit lines, co-ordinate financing of vehicles with various Finance Houses;
* To liaise with Funders & internal customers ensuring that internal and external queries are dealt with punctually and professionally;
* To facilitate Funder audits;
* Preparation of commissions and monthly drawdown report;
* Develop & maintain a 'procedures and process' document for the Funding function;
* To provide support to all areas of the Finance department.

* To deal with any concerns or issues that may arise, implementing preventative improvements;
* To carry out any duties deemed reasonable over and above standard duties including, deputising in other roles in periods of absence;
