Huntress Group in Epsom are currently recruiting for an experienced bookkeeper for our client in the Sutton area on behalf of our well established client, This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Chartered Accountants, we are seeking candidates who have experience of Accounts up to Trial Balance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Bookkeeping
* Able to work up to trial balance autonomously
* Updating cash books and bank reconciliations
* Assisting with bill preparations
* Accounts preparation
* Raising client payments
* Liaising with clients on a daily basis, ensuring an excellent service is always provided
* You will also be involved in ad-hoc duties that will assist with the daily running of the accounts team
Person specification:
* Experience working with Xero, Sage, Quickbooks would be an advantage
* At least 2 years experience working within an Accounts environment
* Experience of accounts up to Trial Balance
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work from own initiative
* Able to maintain professionalism at all times
* Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
