We are currently working with an amazing entrepreneurial financial services company who have been established for 10 years and are located in beautiful Beaconsfield.
Due to company growth our client is seeking a Paraplanner (Para planner) to join their team. Fundamentally our client focuses on residential mortgages with insurance products protecting their investment, family, company, income, health with wills & probate, leads generated from existing clients and referrals.
These residential mortgages can be: buy-to-lets, let-to-buys, first time buyers, joint mortgages, international mortgages, self-builds, bridging, second charge providing not only immediate assistance but medium and long-term relationships, which makes this company very different, protecting not just advising!
We believe this role would suit someone that has been either out in the field selling financial services, advising clients direct with sales targets, and now seeking life/work balance working normal hours for job satisfaction, providing support to 2 Financial Advisors. Or, someone that has been working in Financial Services , Mortgage's and/or in a Para planning job already, providing administration, research, analysis, compliance, organization, implementing new systems and processes, participating and leading how to market and communicate with clients, working closely with Advisors helping with preparation for meetings and additional content for new business opportunities.
Currently the company is networked but will be going through a DA process (Direct Authorisation), which will give them more direction, scope, freedom and speed against competitors in the market. This transparent process will offer someone that cares about the industry and the buyers involved, showcasing their passion and drive to continue offering an outstanding service.
You may also have IFA, FSA or banking exposure, or even working within a Wealth Management practice. If you are looking for training and development, our client is willing to do so, over a 2-3 year plan, however, if you are experienced already and looking for a different ambition in life, working locally, we want to hear from you also.
