Financial Controller

An excellent and rare opportunity has come up for a Financial Controller to join a manufacture based Surrey, you mange and have full control of the company's finances in line with legislation and company procedures.

This is a technical and very hands on role so you must come from a technical and manufacturing background to hit the ground running.

Salary: GBP60K + Bonus

The successful Financial Controller be manage the operations of the local finance and accounting department

All accounting practices are prepared on a timely basis and reported, US GAAP

Analysis and interpretation of financial data and recommendation to management of changes to improve

Direct the preparation of monthly forecasts and annual budgets

Coordination of year end audits

Lead or participate in special projects needed

Requirements

This will best suit someone with previous experience as Financial Controller, Finance Director, Finance Manager or similar

Masters / Bachelor Degree in Business Accounting

At least 5-10 years experience in a senior finance role

From a manufacturing background

Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley

Excellent communication skills written and verbal
