Accounts Administrator & Office Coordinator

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join this rapidly growing company, based in Stevenage (soon to move to Letchworth).

The role is very varied and requires someone with good all round Accounts & Administration experience, who is happy to work on their own at times.

?? Inputting supplier invoices

?? Raising customer invoices

?? Using Sage Line 50

?? General administration

?? Answering the phone and dealing with queries

?? Booking flights and hotel accommodation

?? Working on own initiative

?? Coordinating a busy office

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills & experience:

?? Experience of all round accounts and administration

?? Experience of using Sage Line 50

?? Experience of using Microsoft packages, to an intermediate level

?? The ability to work on their own initiative

?? Confident telephone manner

?? The ability to prioritise a busy workload

?? Attention to detail
