We have a NEW exciting role based in Central Guildford at a Non - Advised Insurance Brokerage.
They are a firm which specialise in Life and Critical Illness Insurance who are looking to expand their team, due to the Success of this Branch they have recently opened a Brand New office in Central London so the opportunities are endless.
NO COLD CALLING!!
With the directors heavily investing in real time hot leads provided from online portals, all clients are inbound enquiries which have shown an interest in the products.
People are the most important part of success so their philosophy is to highly reward their staff for outstanding performance.
With a starting salary of between GBP25,000 to GBP30,000 DAY ONE ,they offer performance based salary bands and positions with the company, with an uncapped no ceiling OTE the earning potential in this role is ENDLESS! Potential to earn GBP70,000 in the
FIRST YEAR!
With a unique rookie bonus structure enables you to earn commission from DAY ONE!
Protection Consultants - GBP25,000 STARTING Salary & Uncapped OTE (Minimum GBP42K +)
Senior Protection Consultants - GBP27,500 STARTING Salary & Uncapped OTE (GBP55-60K OTE +)
Elite Protection Consultants / Team Managers - GBP30,000 STARTING Salary & Uncapped OTE (GBP60-70K OTE +)
Looking for people who:
- Have a proven track record in working to targets in telephone based sales
- Excellent call control
- Highly motivated by earning significant rewards
- Self-Motivated and FCA regulated
The core hours of the sales team are between 9:30 and 7pm Monday - Friday. NO WEEKEND WORK.
The office is based in Central Guildford, literally a 100 metres from the Train Station!! For example why not reduce your costs and travel by train? The season tickets on a Monthly basis could cost......
Farnborough to Guildford - GBP5.25 Per day*
Alton to Guildford - GBP10.46 Per day*
Reading to Guildford - GBP12.26 Per day*
Havant to Guildford - GBP18.27 Per day*
*Figures based on Monthly Season Tickets and working February which has 21 working days.
