Insurance Claims Handler
Based in Portsmouth
Monday - Saturday 9am - 6pm (1 Saturday in every 3)
Salary: GBP16,000 - GBP18,000
This position can start immediately so little or no notice period is desirable.
Wild Recruitment are working with a growing client in the Portsmouth area who specialise in different insurance and banking products.
You will be responsible for processing through new insurance claims in line with SLA's and company policies.
What you will be doing:
* Answering inbound calls from customers who either want to make a claim on their policy or would like an update on how their claim is getting along.
* Dealing with general customer queries and problem solving.
* Complaint handling.
* Processing through claims by completing administrative and telephone based tasks.
* Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
What you will have:
* Previous insurance experience is desirable.
* Strong complaint handling skills is essential.
* Excellent customer service and telephony skills.
* Highly computer literate.
* Good written and numerical skills.
