My client is a friendly and welcoming team based in premises in Hyde. They are looking to hire an Accounts Assistant/Order Processor to assist with daily duties, including:

* Managing and processing of invoices
* Sending out statements to customers
* Some credit control duties - suggesting ideas to encourage prompt supplier payment
* Month-end reports in preparation for year-end accountant
* Bank reconciliations
* Quarterly VAT reports
* Management of staff expenses and petty cash

For this role, we are seeking a candidate who:

* Has experience of the above duties
* Is confident using Sage (Sage Line 50 used here).
* Has a proactive and helpful nature
* Is comfortable using general software such as MS Office

**We are looking for someone who is able to start work immediately and as such, the role will be undertaken on a temp to perm basis. This may be negotiable for the right candidate**

Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to GBP18,000 per annum dependent on skills
