Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset
Salary: Competitive salary & benefits including a health scheme and pension.

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their finance team. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this full time role is responsible for a variety of finance related tasks.

Duties & responsibilities:

* Oversee all aspects of Groups Management Account preparation and reforecasting, including variance to budget commentary
* Complete the quarterly VAT returns.
* Assist on the annual Budget process.
* Maintain Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
* Assist Group FD with monthly reporting to Executive Boards
* Assist Group FD with quarterly reporting to the Supervisory Boards
* Deputise for the Group FD.

Skills and Competencies required:


* Must be ACCA/CIMA qualified with at least 2 years PQE.
* Have experience of working in a busy finance department.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
* Proven administrative, organisational and attention to detail
* Able to build relationships and work with a can-do attitude in a flexible and adaptive manner.


* Strong Financial Modelling and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience leading a small team

Fluent English is a must for this role as you will be interfacing with the rest of the business and clients.

You must also be eligible to work in the UK.
