Lead DevOps Engineer - Manchester - GBP40,000+
A market-leading finance company are currently looking for an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to join a highly skilled team of practitioners. Reporting to the Technology Director, you will be involved in the entire development and product life cycle. In addition, you will also be responsible to maintain the current CI and CD infrastructure, as well as ensuring the deployment of apps are sufficiently automated and robust. The successful candidate will have a solid background of working in a Dev Ops / System administrator role in an Agile environment, having used related technologies such as Puppet, Jenkins etc.
Key experience:
* 3 year's experience in a DevOps / System Administrator role
* Highly skilled in scripting e.g. Powershell, Batch Script etc.
* Good understanding of web service technologies such as HTTP, REST.
* Understanding of IIS administration
* Excellent communication skills
