Mortgage Business Introducer - Based in Derby - Good basic salary with excellent commission structure.
You will be working out of our modern and bright offices based in Derby within our busy and vibrant team. The main objective of this role is making outbound calls to existing and new customers I am are looking for the sharp, talented Sales professionals to help introduce these services to our customers.
No previous financial knowledge necessary as training will be provided.
It is vital we provide exceptional customer service and deliver expert advice, promoting our Mortgage Services products.
You will be working 1pm to 8pm Mon - Thur and 12pm till 7pm on a Friday - you will work 1 in 4 Sat 10am - 12.30pm

Key Role Requirements
• Outbound conversations via a combination of an automated dialler and manual calls to both existing and new clients
• Effective engagement and questioning of clients regarding their financial and personal circumstances
• Correctly booking eligible clients for a home appointment with the company's qualified mortgage consultants
• Promote and up sell other products and services offered by the company to relevant clients; effectively transfer such clients to other departments and meet company targets for up sell lead generation and transfers.
• Adhere to the company's standards and policies when speaking to our clients.
• Accurate recording of information regarding the client's financial and personal situation
• Ability to effectively promote appointment by identifying the potential benefits to the client.
Person specification
• Target driven, determined and highly motivated individuals
• Experienced in conducting engaging conversations with clients promoting our products and services
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels
• Strong persuasive and questioning skills and proven ability to work both effectively as part of a team or on own initiative
• Deliver results against Key Personal Indicators and achieve targets set
• Ability to hold effective conversations on financial matters - no previous knowledge necessary as full training will be provided
• Proven Ability to prioritize a busy and varied workload
• Experience in working in a fast paced sales environment and/or previous call centre experience would be advantageous but not essential
• Evidence Flexibility to achieve targets
