Operations Change Manager / Leader - Operations, Delivery, Change, Innovation, Finance - Relocation to Copenhagen.
We currently have a truly unique opportunity for a Creative Operations Change Leader. You will tasked with an innovative approach to revamping the current processes across Global Operations for our client in the banking sector. As part of a small team you'll be responsible for looking at business pain points and instead of finding the quick fix, you'll be digging to the root cause of problems to affect fundamental change and allow the business to bring in a greater degree of automated scalability.
This role will therefore suit an individual who is forward thinking, able to see problems and also potential issues that could result from "fixes". You'll need to be an articulate communicator with excellent people skills who is enthusiastic about challenging the status quo, and has a deep understanding of business processes. This role will initially be based in London but will transfer to Copenhagen and offers the chance for assisted relocation from elsewhere in the EU (to individuals who are a strong communicator and fluent in English) to enjoy Danish working culture and internationalise your experience.
Denmark's famed reputation for being one of the happiest countries in the world is often accredited to high-levels of social mobility which is a feature reflected in this job opportunity - the chance to progress and grow in the organisation is yours to take. The purpose of this role is to install a culture of continuous improvement to strengthen the bank's position as an industry leader. Your responsibilities will therefore fall outside the remit of traditional Operational Change positions which is reflected in the skills and experience desired in their ideal candidate.
• Experience in a processing industry, preferably outside of banking making it easier to question banking 'norms'
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or similar) with 5+ years hands-on process improvement experience.
• Able to communicate clearly and express messages effectively, being able to turn reports into actionable items.
• Analytical thought process to identify areas that can be improved upon.
You will be joining a cooperative and inclusive work environment with a structure that will see you grow both personally and professionally coupled with an competitive salary plus attractive benefits package.
This vacancy is advertised by Agile Recruitment Ltd. The services advertised by Agile Recruitment Ltd for contract and interim recruitment are those of an Employment Business and for permanent and fixed-term recruitment are those of an Employment Agency
