A professional firm of Chartered Accountants have a very exciting opportunity at their offices in Newbury to join their firm as an experienced Client Accountant. The firm are a general practice involved with various clients, ranging in size from OMB, ltd companies and larger corporate clients across a wide range of industry sectors. They offer the potential for staff to develop professionally, expand their knowledge and widen their skill sets.
The position will involve:
* Preparation of Limited Company Statutory Accounts.
* Preparing working papers and associated reports.
* Managing a portfolio of clients.
* Responsibility for preparation of tax computations.
* Some Company secretarial work and cash flow / business planning work may be involved on an ad hoc basis.
About you:
* ACCA or ACA qualified or qualified by experience.
* Knowledge of Iris, Sage, Xero, Excel and Word would be advantageous.
* Able to work independently and also work closely within a small team.
* Good client relationship skills.
