Investment/Asset Management Administrator
GBP20,000 - GBP22,000 + benefits
West Sussex
Fast paced dynamic working environment, with well established and expanding financial services group.
Supporting the management of asset set-ups, transfers and Corporate Actions processes.
Liaising with Adviser firms on technical support and complex queries
Daily review of cash and stock reconciliations
Investigating system or processing exceptions to resolution.
Liaising with external parties to settle Corporate Action notifications
Undertaking corrections and price comparisons
Daily transaction reporting to FCA
Skills & experience required:
Current/recent experience of working in an Investment/Asset Management FCA regulated environment.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong numerical skills
Ability to ensure effective workflow and prioritise tasks
Confident telephone manner, able to interact with a range of internal and external customers
Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm; staff parking available; wide range of staff benefits
