Location: Across the West Midlands*
Salary: £7.85 per hour

Contract Type: Permanent
Working in Extra Care, you are responsible for the day to day Care & Support of our client's Older People and ensuring that individuals needs are assessed and met through a person centred care and support plan whilst maximising independence and quality of service. As a Care and Support Worker, you will provide personal care, domestic duties, activity planning and involvement, updating care and support plans and will provide an active support to their customers. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, work well as part of a team and understand the issues and requirements of older people.
