Our client is a leading manufacturer with a strong European presence. A vacancy has arisen within their supply chain division for a senior financial analyst to work closely with manufacturing/purchasing and finance. The role is Hull based and may require some travel from time to time.

THE ROLE:
-The role will provide support to the Finance Business Partner for the procurement and supply chain function
-Preparation of all financial and performance reporting, financial planning and controlling for logistics (including warehousing and freight), inventory, sourcing divisions and operational management
-Inventory reconciliation and reporting, financial reporting for distribution ensuring all deadlines are met in line with the business timetable
-Planning and forecasting, take control of processes and policies and take responsibility for the preparation of performance results both financial and non-financial
-Provide analysis into financial forecast assumptions, risks and opportunities

THE CANDIDATE:
-The successful candidate may be a part qualified/newly qualified or qualified by experience accountant/finance analyst with the ability to manage pressure and work with rapidly changing deadlines
-An advanced Excel user and with a high degree of systems literacy generally, you will be able to communicate effectively at all levels right across the business
-Previous experience of working in a multi national environment is preferable, achieving results as part of collaborative team work essential

THE COMPANY:
Our client is a leading multi site manufacturer with a strong European presence. The role is based in Hull although some occasional travel may be required from time to time.

THE BENEFITS:
-The salary of GBP22,000 - GBP32,000 is dependent upon background experience and level of qualification (part qualified/newly qualified) + study assistant if required + benefits
