Accounts Administrator - GBP8.50-GBP9.00 ph - Part time - 4 hrs/day over 5 days - Leeds

We are looking for a `hands on` accounts administrator to work in a small but busy accounts department. The accounts administrator will be required to create their own systems and integrate VAT and payroll which have previously been outsourced. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced accounts administrator to join a forward thinking, growing business. This is a varied role where flexibility and `can do` attitude is paramount.

Role responsibilities but not limited to:

?? Sales and Purchase Ledgers

?? Raising invoices

?? Accounts Receivable

?? Accounts Payable

?? Basic data entry

?? Vat returns

?? Bank & Credit Card reconciliation

?? BACs payments

?? Petty cash

?? Ad hoc reporting as required

The candidate:

?? Must be able to demonstrate qualification by experience as well as academic competence.

?? Have a flexible approach and demonstrate a reliable attitude

?? Must be a team player but equally able to work unsupervised and prioritise their workload.

?? Be competent with Sage Line 50, Kashflow and Excel

?? Possess inter personal skills, good written and excellent oral skills
