Product Director - Financial Services - GBP100k negotiable plus discretionary annual bonus
A newly created role for a Product Manager with a financial services/technology background to join an award winning group of companies based in Surrey.

Investing in people, adopting Scrum, XP, Kanban and DevOps capabilities such as automated provisioning, configuration and deployments on a virtualised landscape. This role is critical in realising their ambitions and you will manage product strategy and be the Agile facilitator driving the product team.
The Director of Product:
* Analysis Team - Drive, motivate and inspire the analysis team to carry out market place analysis, conduct investment trends analysis and competitor tracking.
* Product Owners - Expand the team with Lean and Agile Product Owners and work closely with Scrum Masters and Agile developers
* Technical Authors - Work with DevOps and Scrum Teams, create as well as develop technical and user documentation
* Revenue Support - Develop the Global Product Marketing strategy and go to market plan for the business
Skills/experience required for the Director of Product:
* Must have Agile experience
* Significant and relevant commercial and operational experience,
* Strong influencing and negotiating skills in a Senior management capacity
* Senior management experience within financial services
