Financial Analyst

Responsible for creating accurate financial reporting and analysis for defined business areas to enable Finance Business Partners and Directors to help drive the achievement of the agreed budgets and company objectives
*Working with the Finance Business Partner to ensure that all financial activity E.g. Balance sheet transactions and reconciliations is compliant to statutory and company Finance regulations for the defined business area
*To support with the forecast and budget reporting for the defined business areas to enable them to meet the divisional objectives and growth.
*To work with managers to provide financial analysis on current performance and trends in the external marketplace to help drive achievement of company objectives
*To support with large deal activities including preparation of pricing and cost modelling support to enable the business to make sound business decisions
*To work with the Senior Commission Analyst to prepare and create accurate data to create commission related activity
*Provision of ad hoc reports, duties and projects.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
*Preferably part Qualified Accountant , educated to degree level or business related experience
*Previous finance experience
*Strong communication and relationship building skills
*IT literate including intermediate to advanced Excel
*Innovative , Self-motivational
*Good commercial skills / thorough understanding of the business and its market
*Ability to work under pressure
*Good time management skills
*Flexible attitude and a team player
