Employed IFA position in Cambridgeshire, competitive salary and benefits
My client is a highly established IFA practice dealing with HNW clients currently looking to recruit for experienced Financial Advisers.
My client is currently in a position where they would look to grow the company and for the right people would look to offer leads and some clients. The role would be fully employed and would offer sales support including Paraplanners and Admin support.
You would not be specifically targeted per se however targeted as a team. The ethos for the company is very much team orientated and you would work closely with your piers to achieve a company target and depending on the amount of business you bring in over a yearly will
Candidates need to be dynamic and be able to communicate effectively. Ideally my client are looking for candidates that have clients that they could look to bring with them however they are aware that this is difficult. What is most important to them is to take on people that are able to develop business and also have proven sales record. You need to be at least Level 4/Diploma qualified and have your SPS.
