Insurance Sales- Romford

Here at Axiom, we are currently seeking Trainee and Experienced Insurance Sales professionals for an expanding Insurance Broker based in the Romford area. The position will be offering a salary between GBP14,000 - GBP22,000 dependent on experience, plus a fantastic uncapped commission structure. Generally in your first year you will earn a minimum of GBP5,000 on top of your basic salary. Working days will be full time, between Monday and Friday and shifts are 9am - 6pm and 10am - 7pm. The company has an extremely fast paced and buzzy atmosphere and offers a games room and small gym for their employees to enjoy before work and during lunches. They also offer fantastic opportunities in terms of progression and training.

Duties;

- Inbound and Outbound calls to prospective customers who are looking for quotations on specific insurance products
- Updating and inputting customer information and details on the system accurately paying close attention to detail
- Working towards team and individual targets
- Handling customer objections effectively and providing the best knowledge possible about the products
- Effectively negotiating and closing the sales
- Taking card details and payments over the phone
- Working as part of a fast paced and effective team

Personal attributes;

- Previous experience within a telephone sales, targetted sales or insurance role
- Strong objection handling skills
- Money motivated, resilient and ambitions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Computer Literacy skills
- Outgoing and hardworking
