Our client, A member owned independent organisation, is looking for the right candidate to join their busy customer support team, but also process the day to day transactions on the sales and purchase ledger.

Within this role, your time will be split between taking incoming calls from members to discuss any issues they may be having with the products supplied, and then escalating with the suppliers to ensure all issues are resolved. You will also be required to process all sales orders that are received through phone and email.

As well as this, you will be involved in the processing of the invoices for the Purchase ledger, Sales Ledger, Bank reconciliations and cash allocation.

The right candidate will be hardworking, friendly, and a team player with previous experience in finance.

Part-Time Position: 25 hours per week
